Refund Policy

Should you decide to cancel the Booking within 7 days, the initial payment shall be refunded less a $200 deposit. After 7 days from Booking, the initial payment, including Deposit, is non refundable. 

Late Fees: Should Final Payment not be made 60 days before the event, a $25 late fee shall be added daily to the balance owed. Should final payment, plus late fees, not be made 30 days before the event, all payments previously made are forfeit by you and services shall be canceled. 

No refunds will be given for unconsumed beverages purchased as a part of any City Pours, LLC package. No refunds will be given for deposits. If City Pours, LLC fails to appear at the agreed upon time without prior notice or arrangements or provide services on the Event Date contracted and agreed upon by both Parties, except as provided in section 8 in your contract. You have a right to receive a refund in full. 

Changes

Changes to Initial Agreement. You may increase your package size or level with proper notice. Due to City Pours LLC planning and purchasing parameters, no change can be made that would reduce the package size or level.  

Changes to package or level must be made in writing and approved by City Pours, LLC in writing. Changes may not be accepted within 30 days of the client’s private event. City Pours, LLC has the right to deny the change or package upgrade due to time frame restrictions or product availability.

Should such changes be made, an amended Invoice will be sent to the you. Payment of this amended invoice is required within 7 days of issuance. Once a payment has been submitted (outside of the initial 7-day cancellation window) no refunds for cancellations will be granted. 

Should your event be postponed for any reason other than a reason per section 8 of your contract, City Pours, LLC may, at its discretion, negotiate with you to attempt to reschedule the use of services, There is no guarantee that City Pours, LLC will be available at the new date and time.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your contract in full for any reason, including cancellation or postponement of the event or a change of heart regarding using City Pours, LLC, Client agrees to the following conditions:

  • All cancellations must be made in writing (which includes email communication if receipt is acknowledged by City Pours, LLC)
  • Any all payments made before the cancellation are subject to the provisions in section 2 of your contract.
